1:30 p.m. Start-up Ask Me Anything (AMA) In this candid interactive session, hear about what it takes to build a successful company and get all of your questions answered. Don't be shy, we want to tackle the tough issues and help you navigate the tech landscape!
2:00 p.m. The great debate: Financially engineering your start-up You need money to take your business to the next level. Should you take debt so you don't lose equity in your start-up? Or should you let go of some equity in exchange for debt freedom and leveraging your investors’ knowledge and network? In this Oxford style debate, we will present the statement "equity is better than debt" and let you be the judge!

2:40 p.m. Fundraising chain reaction panel What does it take to get VC money? What checklist do you need to complete before you're ready to compete for funding? How can you position yourself for success in a market that is notorious for investing in a small number of female founders? In this unique panel, those with the power to invest will give you insight into how you can best prepare yourself and your company.

This lightning round will let you hear about these programs ahead of the cocktail party, so you know who you need to speak to over that glass of wine!
