Vice President, Strategic Investments and Initiatives. Ms. Rapisarda leads BDC’s efforts to develop a healthy VC ecosystem in Canada through key strategic initiatives and investments. To date, the principal activities of Ms. Rapisarda’s team have focused on seed/early-stage investment, angel capital, entrepreneur development and global connectivity. Current investments include Extreme Startups, GrowLab, and Real Ventures.
