Marc Beaudet is amongst the pioneers of Quebec’s digital content industry and is recognized for his experience and talent in the development, implementation and funding of innovative, interactive digital media content, and software applications.
Active in the field of Web and software development since 1995, Marc has produced hundreds of projects in a variety of fields (Culture, Media & Entertainment, Software, Education, Gaming, Health, etc.). In 2002, he co-founded Turbulent with Benoit Beauséjour. Since then, he has led the company and its team of 75 passionate professionals specialized in Web technology & content development. To date, Turbulent has completed over 260 projects and won more than 120 awards. The Star Citizen project and the Roberts Space Industries (RSI) website have been inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records 2015, holding the title for the largest amount raised for a crowd funded project.
Very involved in the industry and in the community, Marc chairs the Regroupement des producteurs multimédia (RPM) from 2008-2015 and holds the position of Vice President of the Board at INIS since 2010.
