We’re flying in Silicon Valley’s finest on a private jet

Thanks to the support of Startupfest’s platinum partner Quebecor, we’re bringing some outstanding speakers from Silicon Valley to Montreal on a private jetand we’re giving one deserving startup the opportunity to ride along with them. After carefully reviewing applicants from around the world, we selected a winner!

Pamela Hadfield is Co Founder of HelloMD the leading digital healthcare platform for medical cannabis patients. Pamela has been an entrepreneur and UX Designer working in and around the Valley and San Francisco for the past 20 years. HelloMD is Pamela’s third startup venture and and one that the NYT recently stated “is at the forefront of a new trend in Silicon Valley: The Cannabis Tech Startup.” Other than thinking about cannabis she loves hanging out with her enormous dog Juno, her 3 kids and her Co Founder Mark Hadfield. Pamela also enjoys yoga and hiking with her big dog as the sun comes up.

“THE FINE PRINT”

No Purchase or Payment Necessary to Enter or Win

Eligibility: Contest open to anyone with a valid passport and necessary travel documents for entry into Canada. Must be 18 years or older. Must answer a skill testing question. Startupfest is NOT responsible for travel to San Francisco, accommodation, or return travel back to SFO. Flight is one-way from SFO to YUL, July 13th, 2016.

Promotion Period: Is displayed in the contest application.

How to Enter: Entrants who are eligible visit https://2018.startupfestival.com/private-jet-2016/ during the Promotion Period and enter using the instructions provided on the contest application.

Winner Selection: The potential winner will be selected on the ending date (as noted in the contest application) from among all the eligible entries received. If a winner does not email us back (reply to our email) within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen. Another winner will be chosen (with 24 hours to respond) until a winner responds and accepts their prize. Selection solely at the discretion of the startupfest team. We reserve the right to refuse access to the jet for anyone, for any reason whatsoever, without recourse.

Prizes: Winners will receive confirmation of flight info prior to July 12th. Winner will also get one of 12 pitching slots onstage at Startupfest 2016, July 14th. Pitch includes 5 minutes onstage, and the opportunity to win the title of Best Onstage Pitch (non-monetary prize).
